100g di farina 0<br />
100ml di birra<br />
1 tuorlo d’uovo</p>

<p>Lavate e mondate i fiori di zucchina, poi asciugateli con cura.</p>
<p>Preparate la pastella: in una terrina mettete la farina e aggiungete la birra fredda avendo cura di non creare grumi, aggiungete il tuorlo d’uovo (tolto da frigorifero) e continuate a mescolare.</p>
<p>Lasciate riposare la pastella per 10’ in freezer.</p>
<p>Tagliate la provola a listarelle, poi aggiungete all&#8217;interno di ogni fiore una listarella di provola e un filetto d’acciuga avendo cura di non aprire troppo i petali.</p>

<p>In una pentola capiente versate l’olio per la frittura e portatelo a temperatura (165°-185°) e, una volta caldo, andate ad immergere i singoli fiori cuocendoli fino a che la pastella non sarà dorata (ci vorrà circa 1 minuto).</p>
